I live on the west coast and Bmann is on the east... it took just under two weeks for him to receive my check, send the injectors and me receive them. He must have got right on it, cause mail doesn't move all that fast. I had them sitting on my countertop longer than that, waiting for the NW BOMBers to meet and help put them in!

I think Bmann provides a pretty good service at a reasonable price so you can't go wrong, but if you're in a hurry, you may want to look in your yellow pages under "fuel injection" and call your local diesel shop and ask them what they want for a set of 0 432 193 635's. First shop I called here in Portland only wanted $288 for a set of six. Picked them up today. "Made in Turkey" for "Robert Bosch". They go in tomorrow.

I got about four inches last night. Dave probably got more, being even further "up nawth" than I am.

David, I like how you put that, "route" cash to the Espar. It's like the paycheck comes in, then quickly gets distributed to the various aftermarket vendors. #ad

AC,
I am south of you but vertically much higher. We get the weather on it's path from the Green mountains towards the White mountains.

BTV always has less snow when I drive to the airport.

Paycheck? Oh, that must be that sucking sound I hear every two weeks..... #ad

I got a set from him last month. He had them to me in under 2 weeks. It relly helped the power, and my mpg's unloaded on the highway jumped over 3mpg to 23. 7 on my last trip!

Terry- Not to get off the subject of bmann's turn around time, but how could your mileage go up by putting in larger injectors? I'm not new to the world of mechanics (and I didn't just fall off the turnip truck either) butn it just doesn't make sence to me. More power (larger injectors) = more fuel doesn't it?

blackcloud , i thought the same thing but EVERYONE that has installed them claim a mpg increase , i think it works a little differently in a diesel , the small amount of added fuel does equal more power, but a little less loud pedal to atain the same speed , thus using less fuel , but for me it will probably mean a 3mpg decrease as my foot seemsto get HEAVIER as the FUN factor goes UP... #ad

Guys:
I asked about the milage increase when I bought my injectors. I was told that the larger injector orifice flows more fuel w/in fewer degrees of crankshaft rotation which may increase your milage (which I might see one day if I can learn to keep my foot out of it). Maybe someone with more experience can verify this?

I think I would agree with flowing the same amount of fuel in less time theroy. The engine sounds a little different when you fire it up in the mourning, like the timing is advanced a little more. I think you could get worse mpg's if you were running at max load but I'm not any where near that.
