Body computer reflash

2006 2500 srw. Parking lights don't flash when doors lock or unlock; tried the reset programming with the ign key as described in the owner's manual. No luck. Radio lights also acting funny. Is there a BCM controlling this stuff? Dealer wants 2 hrs labor for reflash with no guarantee of results - I pay even if it doesn't work. Does anyone have a fix or advice? Thanks...

Things like the parking light flash with the door locks are controlled through the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module). They are a known issue with the late 3rd gen trucks. I have replaced the one in my 2007 twice due to similar electrical gremlins, no high beams, dash lights that only work when the turn signals are on, etc.
