So I've been searching for well over an hour and can't find what I'm looking for anywhere. I'm having an issue with my locks not locking when I use any possible method (FOB, inside buttons, passive entry buttons, etc) The drivers door & tailgate will lock, but the other three doors will not. What I have found is that multiple people with the 2013's have had this problem, and that a Body Control Module ( BCM ) replacement solved the problem. I can't seem to find any information on replacement procedures. I *think, it's located under the dash, but once I do replace it, then what? Will it have to be flashed for my truck, or is it plug & play.
Any recommendations on where to buy one? I purchased a used PDC a couple of years back on ebay and it has worked flawlessly.

Any suggestions, tips, tricks, guidance, or friendly sarcasm would be greatly appreciated.

The bcm is hidden way up under the drivers side dash.It does have to be configured to the truck(programing required )
It doesn't make sense for the diy guy to attempt imho

Bob, I could save on the cost of labor for the removal & re-installation of the BCM, as well as on the list price from the dealer on the BCM. Is the truck still able to be driven without being flashed to the truck (between installation & getting it to the dealership for flash).
Thanks
Craig
