Body ground wire came loose?

Guys know where it is supposed to go? Think it makes any difference being disconnected?

Assuming that its a ground coming from the battery, that's an awful big wire gauge for Dodge to put in for no functional benefit. First I would look for a ring or crimp terminal bolted on somewhere w/o a wire in it ... for that, I would check the engine block side or frame / body.. It looks to have been pulled from where ever its home was.

Besides the large wire to the engine block I have two smaller wires. One attaches to the top of the fender near the radiator and the other disappears under the left side of the radiator.

I have since grounded it to bare metal. No change? I have had the amber running light OUT on the left side. Flasher works?

Check Driver side fender well near/under the battery. it is located on a stud directly underneath the driver's side battery tray. It is the main grounding node for many circuits: horn, turn signal, and wipers to name a few.
Don’t have to remove the battery tray to see it. In the crevice between the washer fluid reservoir cap and drivers side battery, look straight down, deep down. It is a stud with a ring terminal eyelet on it. It’s actually JUST in front (towards front of the truck) of the driver’s battery tray.
