Most bodylifts do not work with diesels because they have no provisions for getting air in and out of the intercooler. Any particular reason you're avoiding a suspension lift? Even 2" spacers in the front will do about as much as a 2" body lift.
Performance accessories advertises a body lift for the '03 diesel Rams but I've never seen a kit for the 2nd gens. Heres a thread with more info on using a gasser kit:
I installed a body lift on my last truck (chevy gasser) and was really impressed with the kit. I thougt I could combine installing the kit with killing the KDP.
