A 3 3/4" bolt would have to go thru the rotor to be tighten!!!!!

To me that bolt looks like one where you drill a hole in sheet metal slightly smaller than the bolt and drive it home, also looks like that may be a rolled thread rather than cut. Might be from the trailer?

Well, as I said, probably not from your truck.

But, just for the sake of argument, that same bolt in my kids car is 3 ¾” long.

The calipers have four bolts, two short one that have a bolt head about that size that mount the caliper to the axle and two much smaller ones but longer that the brake pads are held in place with. SnoKing
