I used to have a 1999 2500 4x4 and sold it, now I have a 1995 2500 4x4. Are the 8 lug bolt patterns for the newer 2500's with AAM axles the same as the older ones with the DANA axles? It seems like the crop of used 1999 17" 5 spoke AL rims have dried up.

They're all the same, 8 on 6.5.

I believe "Ram" (I still call it Dodge) now calls the 8x6.5: 8x165 or 8x165.1. Like stated above, I believe they're all the same.

Gen 2 up to current have the same bolt pattern, offset may differ slightly. Gen 2 only offered in 16" wheels. 17" wheels came along with gen 3.
