Bolt patterns?

Someone local to me wants to get rid of a set of 22.5" wheels and tires. He wants too much money, but he bought them for a GM.

He insists that the chevy bolt pattern is metric. I didn't think gm changed. What is correct?

What year is the GM piece ? IIRC , in 2011 GM went with a 8 x 180mm on SRW's, and 8 x 210 on DRW.
