bolt

does anyone know if there are any issues removing this bolt on my 05 throttle assy. I would like to use it to mount a small braket, it has some kind of strange nut on the back side, not sure if i should be messing with it.

i hope the picture shows up---m ps it's the bolt with the yellow marks buy it

should not be a problem... if it went in, it can come out... and the marks i think are there so they know the bolts have been torqued or tightened...
