We now have our first project for the BBQ... . we will be drilling/tapping JCBrowns exhaust manifold for a pyro gauge. Anyone else have something that needs to be done?
 
I'll try and make the BBQ on the 25th although, I will probably be working that weekend (and in need of at least a little sleep) as I'm off the following weekend on a top secret BOMBing mission. heh,heh,heh. #ad

Hello all,

Andy-Thanks for the e-mail about the BBQ, haven't been on the site too much lately because of home improvement projects (deck rebuild & house painting).

Have also been out RV'ng - It still amazes me how sweet it is to tow the 5vr with the Cummins!

Rob & Evan - I will let you know about the BBQ on the 25th, we have tenative plans for camping that weekend.
 
Sorry guys! I would love to be there and helping out,but I'll be in Utah from June 19th-25th on a water rafting trip. Won't be back until Monday the 26th. #ad

Thanks for the invite, I think I can take you up on it. I'll need directions and what time frame are we looking at? Of course it depends on weather my truck is still running that day (it has been known to crap out on occasion #ad
).
You guys could probably use some entertainment anyway.
BTW, do we know for sure that Evan bought a new truck? I've seen him driving a QC but it is always late at night, he could be "borrowing" it. I found NO pics of the new truck on his web site, just the old one. Just wondering.

Yeah, I've got some major ideas for the Ford #ad
. I'm not sure yet how it will pan out, life can be full of surprises. We can discuss the possibilities at the BBQ #ad
.
I'll bring a digital camera with me. Way easier (at least in my experience) than the scanner. My Epson "One Touch" "super simple", "a trained monkey could use it" had me ready to drive over it with the truck #ad
. One of the guys at work bought the cheapest scanner he could find and it just works. I think mine has too many settings (it assumes that I know what I'm doing).

Latest update on the BBQ... we will start on the first truck at 8am, which will be a gauge installation. Everyone is welcome at whatever time they can attend. I'm sure we will be there til late afternoon.
 
Andy... we have hot dogs and burgers and buns. We could use something to drink or some chips. Post what you want to bring... then the next guy will know what we have!
