So what kind of HP and torque numbers will I get if I treat a 96 215hp to the following 370 diamonds,HX40 16cm on an ATS manifold,#10 slide forward, governor spring kit,high flow delivery valves,timing at 16 degrees,4" exhaust,ported head. Did I miss anything?Would a 18. 5cm on the HX40 be better?

A cheaper solution to 400hp would be the 16cm housing, for lower EGT & the #5 plate. It's about 380 centered. The chart tells it all. #ad

Jim Leonard has the #5 all the way forward in a 215 pump & the stock turbo. He's drawing cool air from the hood scoop to keep EGT down. #ad

I feel the 10 is much better than the 5 in a 215. The combination asked about should give around 450 hp (with the correct injectors).
 
What are the correct injectors,and are there any better,Better atomization. With the same or better performance. DD's?
 
you could expect 400 hp from that combo for sure. I had both turbo housings and the 18. 5 had to much lag for me but the 16 is just right, you may give up a couple of hp but worth gaining the drivability.
