the "chip" is probably actually his torque plate, or mayyyybe something for the transmission. (did the 94s have P7100's or were they still running the rotary pumps?)
350/750 doesn't seem quite right, either, unless he's talking "crankshaft theoretical", rather than "dynoed/delivered". I deliver at the rw 250+(measured)and a peak of 720-ish (calculated from rpms and wheelspeed from the dyno's curve)
