Just curious, anyone split the nose of the cam shaft and loose the gear?

Sounds like a paranoid rant to me #ad
: The 12 valve engines have a harmonic problem about 4100, if you can get thru that 4100rpm range quick enough the bottem end doesn't come apart until about 5400rpm's. But the engine doesn't make good useable hp over 3600 anyway so there's not point in going to 4000, unless you're just testing things to see when "****" happens #ad

No problems with the cam yet at 4200. I need to go to the heavy valve springs this winter.
