I assume I had put this in the wrong forum before since I only had 1 response. I know there are a ton of people out there with good advice, lets hear it. My 05 should be in soon and I just wanted to get some good ideas from some experienced 3G bombers on what the best bombs will be and what order I should perform them. I am looking to get about 400-450 rwhp out of this thing eventually. I will mostly be using it for a weekend driver and periodic towing of about 15k lbs. My main goals are to keep EGT's in check and not slip the clutch until I have enough $$ to replace with one from SBC. I have dreamt up a plan, tell me if I am doing this out of order or if I'm missing something.

1. DiPricol EGT, Boost and Fuel Pressure guages (obviously number 1)

2. AFE PG7 intake system with Torque tube

3. Muffler (???) upgrade and piece of 4" pipe to replace stock muffler and cat

4. TST Powermax

5. Turbo upgrade (not sure which one or if I should do this before TST, please advise)

6. SBC Feramic Clutch upgrade (If the stock one lasts this long)

7. Injector upgrade (not sure what size, please advise)

So, am I in the ballpark here or am I all out of order?

That oughta do it, see my signature. My EGT is a little out of control so I will be shopping for a turbo after a transmission upgrade.

you have a lot of investigation to do re: injectors with the TST.

consider mixing pressure with duration (stack TST with an EZ for example), or don't forget the Edge Juice + EZ + injectors might be an interesting combo.

In the EDM injectors category, I'm aware of work going on by Don Morrision to produce a mild (30HP) injector that yields a fuel economy increase.

And you're gonna need to beef up your low pressure fuel system. injectors or stacking won't do much good for additional power if there isn't enough fuel availble. good for reducing the overall amount of duration used though.

Actually my sign on name is a variation of a nickname I got in high school. My locker mate started calling me Putz after the movie "Grumpy Old Men" came out and it kinda stuck with me for the last 10 years. The El Putzo variation came into play when I needed a username that has 7 or more characters. My family is actually of German descent.
