Boost and egt gauge

I have a westtech combo gauge (egt, boost) that I used on a 2001 5. 9 motor. When I got rid of the truck I pulled it off and has been sitting in my garage since. I now have a 2008 6. 7 and was wondering if there is any reason I cant use this on this motor or are there newer gauges with different hookups for this motor.

I just bought the same thing from genos garage. I am going to install this week . A boost tap would help simplify.

I was going to install a pyro, but it looks a lot more difficult on the 6. 7 vs. the 5. 9.



The EGR system blocks easy access to the exhaust manifold.

I did the same thing, pulled them off my 05 and installed on my 08.

I believe one of the older issue of the TDR mag providing information with photos on how to do the install.

You can also do a search in the 6. 7 forums looking for instructions on how to install the boost and EGR probe. I asked these questions in the winter of 07-08 on how to. H. Barlow and my self then proceeded to post are results for both the C and C and pick-up trucks.
