Just a few questions because the destructions I got with the gauges suck.

Where do I drill and tap for the boost gauge, or is there an easier way?

Which banjo bolt do I remove to replace with the one included in the kit? (fuel isolator is included in this kit)

Thanks in advance.

There's an easier way. Something like Piers' Turbo Boost Gauge Fitting is probably the easiest way to go. It replaces one of the intake manifold cover bolts (the one's closest to the valve cover actually pass through into the manifold) and gives you a handy place to thread in the capilary tube for your boost gauge. Geno's also has a similar fitting. Cheap and easy. There's also a plug in the side of the head back by the MAP sensor that you can unscrew and adapt down to something usable, but it's not quite as user friendly to get to as the boost bolt idea.

As far as fuel banjo's, I'd use the one at the bottom of the fuel filter canister. You can't see it so you'll need to replace it using the braile method. It's post-filter, and the distance upstream from the VP helps to isolate it from some of the pulses from the high pressure pump.

boost and FP guage install

check in my pix out... I tapped the exhaust manifold (pre turbo pyro) and used the piers boost fitting. Both were really easy... The PDR fitting is definitely the way to go for Boost...
