Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) boost clamp question

O. K. I DID IT... ..... I took my turbo out and hooked up my boost actuator. Now my question is what do the clamps on the rubber boost sleeves torque too??? Also the one that holds the outlet tube on (smaller in diameter). Or should I even worry about torquing them. Im a torque wrench nut Thanks guys!
