FASS Pump Drip From Weep Hole

I am very impressed with the eBay boost controller from Lower Shores Performance I just installed. I used shop air regulated to 35psi and connected it to the boost controller inlet. I then adjusted the controller, It works best on my Cummins with the bleed off or fine adjustment barely cracked open about 1/8 turn, the waste gate still closes fast. I then adjusted the coarse knob until the waste gate just started to open. I then connected the inlet hose back to the AFC fitting and road tested the truck to fine tune it using the coarse knob. Now the boost will spike to 36psi and then settle at 35psi every time. I could not get steady readings with a boost elbow.

I just got one of these too, and I have to second PKirby's opinion. Boost is rock steady, instead of all over the place like it was with the boost elbow I had. When I bought mine there weren't any for sale for the Cummins on Ebay, but if you contact Lower Shores directly they'll make one for you.

Also, when you're making the initial adjustments, just crack the fine adjustment screw 1/8 turn like PKirby says instead of opening it . 5 - 1 turn like the instructions say. With the fine screw open . 5 - 1 turn it bleeds off too much pressure and my wastegate wouldn't open at all. With the fine screw open 1/8th of a turn and the coarse screw set to let the wastegate open at 28 psi, it works perfectly for me.
