Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Boost Elbow

What is special about the different boost elbow that guys talk about what is different over stock? What are the size of the threaded and barbed ends.

It provides an adjustment that allows a certain amount of control over the turbo wastegate.

It has 1/8" pipe thread to fit into the AFC housing and 1/4" barb for the hose going to the wastegate.
