Boost Fooler question

I heard with Bigger Injectors, you need a boost fooler. Why?



Are there any boxes etc out there that do nothing but boost fooling?



I have a edge EZ but I think on the minimal setting it still provides pressure in addition to boost fooling. Is this correct?



Does anyone know if the powerpup downloader does boostfooling?
