I have the #5 plate, 3K govenor kit, improved air filter, and exhaust mods. I don't intend to do much more than this. The boost gage I have is only capible of reading a maximum of 30 psi. The question is this, can I expect to see higher pressures than 30 the way I'm set up now, or should I return it and get a higher boost range gage? Thanks

If you can return it for a 60psi and price same-same. I would go for the 60. If you move up in turbo or set up the waste gate, you will have a useless 30psi gauge. If you get the 60 and it never goes over 30, who cares? It still works. I would never buy a 30.

Free advice is worth exactly what it costs you. :)

I personally prefer a 40 psi gauge, not all companies offer them though. A thirty lb gauge is just too low. It's always been my understanding that boost over 40 psi doesn't do anything as far as performance goes, it's basically just a waste. With higher boost you are also flirting with blowing out your intercooler, they are only rated to 50 psi.
