Well I hope someone can give me some advice with my gages. I installed my Autometer Z series gages approx 2 years ago and they have worked flawlessly since then. On my way home tonight I noticed that the boost gage was fluxuating approx 2-3lbs back and forth at anything over about 12 lbs. Do I have a gage about to go bad or is this an indication of something more serious. I have never noticed it do this before. Any help that can be provided is appreciated.

Thanks

Frank

Crack in a boot that shows up over 12 #?

There is a recent thread I had about a turbo problem, but it has instructions on how to build a cheap adapter you can pressurize the system with and check boots and leaks.

Update. . I called AutoMeter today and was told to check the fittings to see if they are leaking. If that is not the problem they told me to send the gage in and they would check it out. . I sure hope it isnt anything more serious than the gage
