I have autometer Pro Comp Gauges: Boost gauge needle vibrates above 10 psi, more vibration with more boost all the way to 40, pisses me off, any suggestions? Did this with my HY also is it just a problem with the gauge?

The boost shouldn't be pulsing. Is the vibration that you're seeing being introduced to the gauge from the dash or whatever it's mounted on? I've never seen vibration in a mechanical boost gauge.

pulsing

You may be getting pressure pulsations from nearby cylinders. Add a restriction in the line near the engine connection. Very little flow is necessary to avoid gauge lag.

WestTN nailed it. It has to do with where you are picking up your boost signal. Either add a restriction or move your pickup to a different location.
