Boost Gauge & Pyro install info

I would like some info on how to install a set of Di Pricol gauges on my 04 600. I specifically need input on where to drill for the Pyro, and where to plumb for the boost gauge. If anyone could send me some pics of there install it would be greatly apriciated.

2004 325/600 LWB 6 SPEED WITH JACOBS EXAUAST BRAKE.

5000 MILES 11mpg pulling 4 horse aluminum G. N. trailer with Two ponie loaded over the cascades, this thing has some cajonies!

Did you get the boost bolt with your gauge? Also, did you get the 35 or 60 psi gauge?



You will want the 60 for the 600, it will peg the 35 on occasion.

Great gauge install site wish I had that info when I drilled I was a little off center and my Pyro went in a little crooked but it's holding for now might have a good excuse to get a new improved one if the pyro tap bolts out

I just installed both gauges but only the boost works until I drill and tap for the EGT. I'm afraid I have a 03 HO and I'm only seeing mid 20#'s for boost readings at WOT? What should I be seeing?

Mid 20s is about right for your truck. I have the 04 HO, same engine, and I see a max of 26 with steady of 24 at WOT.
