boost gauge upgrade

I've got the Autometer 35psi boost gauge. As some of you may have already seen from other threads I've posted, I am about to install DDII's. My question is this: I am already seeing 26psi with just the EZ. Am I going to exceed 35psi with DDII's? If so, can I just replace my 35psi gauge with a 50psi unit and reuse the existing hardware, or do I need to replace the sensor and all that, too?

Provided the tubing is the same size,which it probobly is,you should be able to just switch gauges. As far as the DD's go ... ... . I don't have them yet. :{
