I am pushing around 40 pounds of boost; I cannot keep my boost hoses on. I have the heavy duty blue ones from BD; I changed them out a couple of months ago from the heavy duty black ones. (can't remember where I bought them). I have tried hair spray, tightening, moving, praying, screaming, (which did make me feel better) to no avail.

What do you big boys use on those monster trucks of yours? Seems like someone would come up with a flexible one piece per side arrangement.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not one of the big boys just modestly Bombed (see sig) but I'm still running the original hoses @ 180k and have pegged the boost gage (50#) while on the dyno a few times and never blew a hose. Guess I'm lucky, I tweaked off the boost to max @ 45# just because its not studded. Now a Buddy of mine got the Blue hoses and is studded and seems to hit better than 50#(no waste gate) and seems to occasionally pop the turbo to cooler hose.

I'd try removing the hoses, clean off all the hair spray etc used electrical contact cleaner or maybe rubbing alcohol on the inside of the hoses and do the same with the outside of the pipes and dry fit then clamp on. Clean everything real good and give that a try - can't hurt ? ? ?
