Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Boost Leak! Help!

I installed a new intercooler from PDR. New boots and clamps. Now I have a leak were the turbo meets the steel elbow. I 've tried taking it apart and alining it to the best of my ability. I can not get the thing to seal up on the back side. Is there an aftermarket clamp and gasket that is a little more forgiving? I've pressurized the system with air and used soap. It is always in the same spot. Help! I also appear to be getting a little leakage on the back side of the housing. Very little though. It's a B-1 turbo. Do they make a gasket kit? Or do I need to send it out? How tight should the bolts on the back of the turbo be? Thanks
