BOOST MODULES AND ELBOWS

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME. WHAT IS A TURBO TIMER AND BOOST MODULE? HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING ONE. THUS FAR I HAVE FIGURED OUT I NEED THESE BEFORE I GET A VA OR EZ. IF ANYONE HAS INFO OR NUMBERS, PLEASE POST OR EMAIL ME

Mr Plow: The boost module plugs into the map sensor and will not allow the sensor to see anything but stock boost thus allowing you to get more boost without setting any codes. The turbo timer is used to monintor the temp of your turbo and then turn the motor off after the engine has cooled down to 300 deg.

The boost module is best used with the elbow or blocked waste gate. Hope this helps

Some of the boxes come with an elbow. I don't think the VA does. Somebody posted a good summary of the different boxes and features last week. You might want to do a couple searchs.

btw - How do you like your plow?

love the plow, we just had 12" of snow last thurs, and this thing made light work of it, having the right truck helped too!!
