Competition Boost operated BD pressureloc?

I had read on another board of Dave Goerend the transmission guru, setting up the BD pressureloc to operate off of boost pressure to engage at 10psi boost versus the vacuum it normally runs off of.



Has anyone ever seen this done or know of anyone else who has done it and does it work well? I am having issues with my pressureloc and have been for a while and was thinking if this was a ligit mod it would really simplify the operation and be a good way to operate it.

The only tq lock I have ever installed came from Dave, and yes it ran off of boost pressure. Give Dave a call, I am sure he can tell ya about it. He is a great guy to deal with!

The guy from the other board said it was a modified BD pressureloc kit that would operate with boost.
