What is the typical max boost on a stock 325/610?

Does adding a Bully Dog or Edge add any boost and if so, how much more?

max boost on a stock 325/610 sees the occasional spike to 33-34 with 32psi sustained.

You will produce more boost with either the Edge Juice or the Bully Dog downloads. You need a boost fooler of some kine with the downloader so you don't get overboost codes on high settings. Most of the boxes do the boost fooling. On my stock turbo with Quad Race box would hit 44psi. The Juice would hit 42psi.

The 325/610 trucks have an electronically controlled wastegate right? I was wondering if a box (specifically quadzilla standard box) controlled the maximum amount of boost as well as adjusting timing, duration, and pressure.

Crap... I have a 0-35 psi boost guage. Shoulda went with the 50 psi one. I haven't used it so maybe they'll swap it out for me.

50psi gauge at least. Mine is Autometer Ultra-Lite 60psi. Now that I have seen 48psi with the SPS66 sure glad I didn't get the 50psi gauge. I might have to adjust the wastegate a little higher than 50 on the SPS66 just to make sure the gauge works on the higher readings... .

Well I hooked everything up last night. It's amazing to see a basically stock engine pump out 30+ lbs of boost.
