Bosch 275's + PE Comp = WOW!

I just installed Bosch 275 injectors and a PE Comp box on my '99.

The results are truly amazing. On the highest setting I can now hit 40 lbs boost and it builds power like it has a jet engine. On setting one there is very little smoke and 28 lbs boost. This seems like a good setting for everyday driving(if I can be disciplined enough to keep it there). Installing the injectors was not a bad job, but it sure made me nervous. I can't believe the difference it made in this vehicle.

Sounds like you're very happy there. I've got the VA + PS boost module + 275's on a 2001 ETH/DEE and it made a real difference. One problem is that the clutch will not hold it, atleast until next weekend when a SB Con FE is going in. How is your clutch holding up? I noticed my slipping in 4th, 5th, and 6th.

Clutch fine for now...

So far the clutch is holding fine, but I havent driven it very much yet. I plan on easing into the power, and not using the highest setting on the box any more than necessary. Time will tell.

Come on now be gentle with me. I knew I'd take some ribbing when I posted that about the lowest setting. EGT's are fine, but I don't have enough experience with the new setup to give you valid data. I haven't towed with it since installing either. More to come later I suppose.

Does anyone have a COMP on an ETH that has dynoed? I was told they don't work as well on the '01s.

I use to say the same thing, once you crank up the box it's tuff to go back.
