Archived bosch alternator blown diodes

Help,

my 2007. 5 6. 7 cummins has fryed the alternator due to a bad battery ,cannot find anyone who rebuilds or even stocks a replacement for the 6. 7 plenty have the 2007 5. 9 alternator but not the 6. 7 are there any differences or are they interchangeable

your help is appreciated

Rebuilders have gone by the wayside due to the "box store" parts houses punching out the rebuilt junk. You are probably going to have to go to the dealer. Parts are too new to see a lot of rebuilt stuff out there. Let us know what happens for future reference.

thanks for the info ,the dealer dont have stock they are on backorder for 3 weeks ,i guess Chrysler is a little slow on paying for the last lot of spares from Bosch

You might be further ahead having yours rebuilt locally, if you can find a shop that does it.
