Oh man... the snap-on guys box truck full-o-tool boxes showed up at work today...

Wasn't planning on buying anything till spring, but this nice silver roller cab with bright blue trim caught my eye, though the $6600 price tag on it hurt!

So, I talked to him about it, told him no trade in etc, Bought it for $4200 :D

Cool taco stand. I got out of the business when they came in style. I still have the Snap-On apartment building with a side car. I have to step on top of the bottom drawer to see stuff in the top of the top box. :)

Kelly... spent all last week out your way, we were in a motel in bensalem, I was working in our Bristol Shop (cummins power systems)

anyway, thanks for the nice words guys, I am going to get some pics of it tomorrow :)

That's the place. It was great, by Wednesday, the waitress at Madison diner already knew what I wanted for breakfast, lol.

I live 10 min down the road good guys at the service counter :D i was just there 4 weeks ago bolts for injection lines  put bigger sticks in did not tighten two bolts up on two of the injection lines on the intake  went for a test ride jumped on it 2-3-4-5 gear :-laf :-laf oooo sweet came back to check under the hood to look for leeks you know the rest

LOL, it happens. Some guys don't realize how important those bolts are, those lines will only last about 10k if they aren't secured, plus, without those bolts, ya have a small boost leak.

nice box. i am looking to purchase a 3 bay box soon. right now i have the equivalent of that box in a matco. with two snapon side cabs hanging off each end. i am tired of side cabs. but i got a good deal on the box so i went for it. i used to have a mac box with the large bottom drawer. i didnt use the bottom drawer for nothing but crap. i wanted a large top drawer. i worked a deal with a friend who had gotten out of the business. i gave him my box and put an intake gasket on his wifes yukon for the box i have now.

anyway i cant wait to be in shoes similiar to yours. i know i will be smiling from ear to ear when i get a new box.

One word... SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I'll have to keep using my Craftsman Pro tool box :( :(

when i was looking for a box the top of the line craftsman looked pretty good, i wasn't wild about the drawer opening style with the lift up part, that and the fact it wasn't really that much cheeper then buying a snap on and if you catch them on sale it's almost a wash, i paid $2200 new (3200 retail, was a year or two old) for my main cab on a truck account (free loan) and the craftsman i was looking at was around the same but no free loan and not built like a brick crapper :-laf
