Thats good, i was feeling bad for that kid, he seemed pretty nice, would have sucked to lose a motor over a valve spring change.

Ok, back to boxes, want to see the candy red, but that silver looks sweet. Going to need the stainless work top and drawer gaurds. oh yeah, gonna need the work station too. maybe end cab too. :D

Costco S.S. Boxes

I know you guys are more interested in the professional quality boxes but, do any of you have any experience or opinions on the stainless steel boxes sold at Costco & Sam's Club? I'm not a mechanic, by any means. Just would like to consolidate my tools into one location, here at home. The drawers seem to roll pretty nicely, to me but, I've never tried a quality box.

Thanks for your suggestions & opinions.

I'm no mechanic either, but I also needed a bigger box for my home workshop and Craftsman tools. I haven't seen those boxes you mentioned, but I picked mine up from Harbor Freight on sale for $399. For the money I think it is very sturdy and well made with ball-bearing slides and a powdercoat finish, and might fit your needs well.

Nice Box will..... The best thing is... . You can add on... that's what I did. I started with a box the size of yours... . then added one locker when I didn't have enough room.....

Then the Dang Matco guy mentioned that my Plumb Crazy Purple was being phased out. Get it now... . or don't get it... .

So I ordered up another locker and the locking Hutch with the Stainless top.

I know the feeling... . every time you pull into your workstall... . you see your box... and..... :D
