Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) bout to pull the trigger on a ADR is used ok?

I am running a Dcomp and wana be able to tune the spool section a tad better so im up for trying a ADR. I found a deal on one but should I be scared because of the horrible cust service? does it make a diff if you buy it new or not dealing with quad?



For my HO looking for better spool is this a good idea or should I get a smarty and a TST box?

I have a quad XZT and have not had any problems with their customer service! If that helps any.

I can't say that I have ever had any issues with customer service at Quad, but then again I have always purchased new from them...

I do have to say that I am looking forward to trying the new 4k tune that should be available shortly... Oo.
