Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Hi all, bgilbert knows about this, but I hadnt told anyone else about it.
I was messing around on the internet a few weeks ago, and stumbled onto an ad for a 90 C&C for $1250. That's right, a CTD 1st Gen that runs for $1250. I called the guy, and we were talking, and he offered to throw in a 92 Club Cab with teh 90 for $2000. I told him if they both ran, I'd take em.
More details later, but we hauled the 90 (on the trailer I hauled bill's donor rig) behind my 91 in the sig; drove the 92 back. About 850-870mi (broken speedo in 92), and we used well under 40 gallons of fuel in the 92 Green Guzzler. Did I mention it had been sitting for 6months before we left?
I willl post pics of my prides and joys later this week. I gotta go to my b-day dinner.
The 90 and 91 are available for sale; I'm keeping the 92.
