I'm redoing my brakes->rotors, drums, booster, master cylinder etc. Has anybody upgraded their brakelines to anything other then stock. If so, what and where did you get them.

thanks...

EGR. they work!

Summit Racing sells them also, I think they are Skyjackers.

If the online catalog doesn't show them, call.

They have access to alot of stuff not in the catalog.

It appears as though they don't make them for the 2WD crowd like everything else. I'm going to get some DOT legal ones fabbed up. If anybody is interested let me know. I don't have a price yet. But I'll post a price when I find out.

Mine were bought from the local parts store. They are a an-3 fitting but even with the adaptors they were only about thirty bucks and that was a 30 inch line to work with my 9 inch lift. seems like the lift companies were close to fifty bucks. like the feel of them alot. Hope this helps. Cade

I went to www.brakequip.com and emailed them about the lines. Margaret then emailed me back with a local person who has one of their machines. American Hose and Hydraulic happens to be the largest east coast place to get work like this done. I went there with two new lines (you can use old ones as well) and they will faithfully reproduce them. Margaret will give you some part numbers but you are better off bringing in the line you want reproduced. Its easier just in case the number in the catalog happens to be wrong :-{}
