Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Brake & ABS Light on

Just swapped out the brake fuid today. Put in 4 speed bleeders - they work well doing the job by oneself. Anyways, got the fluid to run clean at the bleeders and adjusted the rear shoes up good. Brakes work far better now, but the ABS and Brake light are on the dash now. Will they eventually go out, or do I need to do some special procedure to get some valve or sensor back to normal after the bleeding process?

It seems to have corrected itself just by sitting overnight.
