I was trouble shooting a possible ABS problem by removing the two relays and a fuse in the power distribution box and when I was finished the 'Brake' and 'ABS' lights remained on. I searched on this site, in the factory manual and the web and could only find one sure way and one possible way to turn them off. The sure way was to hook the ABS to a DRB scan tool and turn them off. The problem with that is no one has one of these tools because they cost $5000+. (There are no Dodge dealers within 2 hours of me). The second way was to wait for 50 on-off cycles and they may go off. So after 2 weeks and 50 cycles the ABS and Brake lights finally went off. Just wanted to let everyone know...

ABS codes are stored in the ABS computer (on a 95 RAM). The scanner for the ABS is a DRB scanner which is not a OBD scanner. OBD scanners start at $100. DRB scanners start at $5000! I don't know of anyone having a DRB scanner except in a Dodge dealer shop.
If I'm wrong about this please chime in.

I believe the following link is something that will do what you want. I have not used it or know anybody who has. I am only going by what i have read on their site. I would sure call and make sure of its capabilities. I sure is way cheaper than a $5000 DRB I think about $1300 or so if I read there site correctly.

AutoEnginuity® - OBD2 Scan Tool - Professional PC and PDA Diagnostics

Here is another that they once said was going to start supporting ABS codes etc. but I am not sure it has been done yet but you can check.

ScanGaugeII - Trip Computers + Digital Gauges + Scan Tool

I anybody has any actual experience with these they can chime in. I hope this helps some.

Good luck.

I have the AutoEnginuity scan tool and I am very please with it. I have GM and the Chrysler Enhanced option. It cost me around $600. 00 for the PC USB type.

I have used it on GM cars with great success but I have not used it that much on my truck because I have not had anything to go wrong on my truck that I needed a scan tool yet (knock on wood).
