I need to bleed my brakes and I realized that the ABS valve has a bleed screw on it. What is the proper order to bleed, including this valve?

On a side note, I have been driving my stepdad's 97 3500 lately, and had to post a question on the 2nd Gen group. I felt like I was being unfaithful. Can I be forgiven?

According to the FSM, the proper "order" is:

*master cylinder

*RWAL valve

*right rear wheel

*left rear wheel

*right front wheel

*left front wheel

:)

Unfaithful?

Don't know how you could feel unfaithful you own two 1st Gen trucks, isn't that bigamy? (condition of having 2-wives). Anyway give us some comparisons of the '97 to the 1st Generation. You know how faithful we are:D

It's not bigamy since the 2 trucks know each other. I'm a polygamist(?) Anyway, it sure is smooth riding. But that may be because it has well under 100,000 miles. I got my first truck with 103,000 and the second one at 125,000.

I like the seats, but the dash seems farther away. That darn OD button is on the dash (I had installed the shifter button on my 93 and am spoiled by it. ) No noticeable shake in the front end, but something it scalloping the outside of the steer tires. The extended cab is much bigger than mine, and I like the "real" back seat.

I might have him convinced to sell it, but will have to wait a bit. One big drawback... . no room under the hood!!! How the h*ll do they work in there?!?!
