Are only the first genners equipped with the hydrostatic brake booster?

1st gens have vacuum assist power brakes,the hydrostatic brakes came out in 1998 if I recall correctly. I guess I assumed that they used the hydrostatic still?

IIRC, the hydrostatic brake assist was introduced in the 94 models. All the first gens had vacuum assist brakes.

The early 2nd gens didn't have the hydro brake boost, they still used the vacuum assist like the first gens, I've heard that it was 98 when the second gens went to hydro assist.
