I SOLD MY 94 CTD AND GOT A 02. ITS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THE POWER STERRING PUMP USED FOR THE BRAKES,ANY COMMENTS ABOUT THIS SYSTEM. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME DOING THIS ON THE PC.

Was at the

dealer yesterday for a PS leak I have been fighting and was told DC is instructing techs to use ATF+4 in the PS system. The manual says DC PS fluid only but I think the syn atf is maybe doing a better job???

Rich be careful with what the dealer says. The power steering TSB says ATF+4 for '02 and '03s only.

What's the tsb #? I looked on Dave Fritz's site but couldn't find it.

Could the tsb be for 3rd Gen only, '02 1500 only / '03 1500/2500/3500?
