I am getting ready to change the brakes and the shocks. What else could/should I do at the same time? Leveling kit? Track bar? Let me know what you have done for brakes, shocks, etc. , how well you like it, what it cost, etc. Thanks in advance.

I went with 'Performance Friction' pads on the front. Good pad with lifetime warranty, around $35 for the fronts. Rear shoes did not need replacement at 70k miles. Went with Bilsteins all around for shocks. I've been very happy with them, not cheap, but also have lifetime warranty. About $260 for four.

If you plan on levelling anytime soon you'll need new (longer) shocks and an adjustable trac bar is a good idea. Skyjacker's D25 coils are about $125 and a DT bar is about $300. I installed these this past year and really like them.

Hey Dane, lemme ask you...

Did you install your Borgenson shaft before or after your DT bar? Which one had the biggest effect on the steering? I have the bar, and thinking about a new shaft, but when I grab it and twist there is very little play. The DT bar helped tremendously, but it could still be better. Thanks.
