Has anyone changed their 2500 drums to 3500 drums.

Can this be done on my 1995 auto 4x4? Does anyone have the part #'s to get at NAPA? I put on new drums every year because they warp. Turnning them down don't help. Can't afford the disc brakes for the rear. Open to suggestions. Thanks!
