2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Brake fitting size on front to rear brake line

Does anyone know the size of the brake fittings on the front and rear of the line going from the front to rear behind the fuel tank? Are they standard or metric? I dropped my tank to fix the fuel lines and decided I should change that but would like to make one trip to the parts store. I know it is 3/16 line but want to know the fitting size without tearing apart first. I searched but could not find the size of fittings anywhere.
