Went down an unfamilar 26klm road yesterday in the mountains, B. C. , a sign said there was a camp ground at the end near a lake. Had to check it out. About a quarter way along, the road got rough, about halfway the road seemed to turn into a really rough trail and then even got worse... wash board city. had to drive a a few clicks/hr. It took a couple of hours to get to the camp site. the truck would've been destroyed if I would've tried to do any kind of speed. Anyway, found the camp spot nicely secluded, no wonder, then we had to get out. another several hours out of my life I'll never get back. At the camp site back in near civilization, where our trailer was parked I noticed a rubber hose dangling from the rear end. On closer inspection the hose appears to be coming from the top of the fitting that the brake lines are seperated from over the rear axle. I can't find any place under the truck where this hose came from. and there seems to be effect on the brakes at all for the hose not being connected. Any brake specialist out there ?
