2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission brake light question

here's one, when you turn the key forward and wait for the engine start light to go out and all the idiot lights come on and then go off I start the truck and then the ABS and brake light comes on for about 1. 5 seconds then it goes out but since this has been happening i noticed that the truck is not been running the same it actually feel's like the e-brake is on (but i checked it and it's not) any suggestions or comments thanks Aaron
