About 2 weeks ago I was backing my 5th wheel into its parking space with the wheels cranked one direction. When I hit the brakes the pedal went all the way to the floor and the truck stopped hard. Since then the brake pedal intermittently feels like it is hanging up when you first press it. You really have to press down hard sometimes to get the pedal to move, and then when it does the brakes are slamming on hard. Sometimes it acts normal, but more often than not the pedal is hanging up and is hard to push at first. Anyone know what this could be? Hydroboost failure? Checked both the brake and power steering fluid and all is good with those.

Still having this problem intermittently with my brakes. But now more fun. Took a 500 mile trip over the weekend towing my rock crawler... as I got into town I noticed my power steering pump making alot more noise than usual, and my steering was very heavy - almost to the point that I had a hard time making turns on city streets and in the hotel parking lot. I checked the power steering fluid level and it is fine. Is it my pump that is shot? Or steering box? Or both?

Anyone have any ideas or experience? I hate to just start throwing parts at it.
