I appreciate your kind words about us and our customer service. I'm sorry you had such a time when you tried to install your Max Brake. For clarification for myself, are you talking about the 8” tube or your brake line that you had trouble bending? I was out in the wind when you called so I may have not heard you correctly. I thought you were talking about the 8” metal tube.
Fortunately I have not heard of the installation giving my customers problems but that doesn't help you. I do wish you had called me when you 1st started having trouble. I'm quite confidant that Dutch could have offered suggestions or walked you through the installation so you would not have had to go through this.
Since we were not close by and you needed to finish the job, our suggestion was to try and find a tee locally as it would be much faster then me shipping you a replacement.
Hopefully, you will be able to finish the installation and get to try out your new Max Brake. I cannot imagine you being anything but 100% satisfied with its performance.
Should you decide to order from us in the future, I will try and work with you a bit to help compensate for you having to purchase another tee. Di
