Brake up-grades

I've mounted 315 17 BFG AT/KOs on my 04. 5 2500 Cummins 4x4. Has anybody come up the learning curve with brake up-grades?

I've been running 315's for almost 2 years and haven't detected any loss of braking efficiency. In fact, the larger contact patch seems to enhance brake performance. Baer does make upgraded disks for our trucks if you feel the need.

i had stock tires under my truck for about 400km, and as soon as i pulled out of the tire shop with 315's under it, i noticed the brakes being less than with the stock rubber on... not too much, but less...



with the size of the stock brakes we have, maybe just some upgraded friction materal would help. .
